Payment

Payment for your Pelvipro can be made via our website through a secure service operated by Worldpay, one of the world’s leading providers of internet payment services.

We accept Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards and do not make an additional charge for use of one of these cards.

All online transactions are subject to validation checks by the card issuer and processed using a secure server. None of the purchaser’s card details are retained by us but are forwarded directly to the processing bank as you make your purchase.

Payment may only be made in Pounds Sterling (GBP).

Delivery / Shipping Policy

Delivery to a mainland UK address is included within the purchase price. This means that all such deliveries should be received within 2-5 working days of your order. We aim to deliver in 2 days however orders over the weekend will have an effect on delivery duration.

Delivery to other destinations outside of the UK will be charged at the prevailing rate chargeable by the most appropriate carrier. For such deliveries please email your contact details and delivery address to info@pelvipro.com and we will notify you of the delivery charges in advance of payment for your order.

All deliveries are subject to the availability of stock. If stock is not available at the time of your order we will notify you of the date for the next available stock and you may choose to have Pelvipro delivered when available or ask for a full refund, which will be credited to the debit or credit card account you made the purchase.

Returns Policy of an Online Purchase Only (Please see below for the policy for Rentals)

We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase.

Returns of goods purchased online are covered by our 30 day money back guarantee, please notify us within 30 days.

You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify Pelvipro Limited that you’d like to cancel your order and return the goods to them.

Please email info@pelvipro.com with your full name, postal address and telephone number and we will contact you to arrange the return.

Please retain proof of postage from your Post Office when returning the goods. Postage costs of the return are payable by the customer unless the goods are faulty.

If you believe the goods are faulty, please let us know before you return them as we can then arrange a replacement if that is what you want.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Once approved, your refund will be processed.

Renting

To rent a Pelvipro you must have read the conditions and ticked the box within the Rental Form. The 2 conditions are as follows:

Returning your Rental

To return your rental you have 45 days from the date that you completed the rental form and paid for the rental, this is your Rental Date.

You must inform us of your wish to return the Pelvipro device via the email address info@pelvipro.com or the comments box at the bottom of the website. This is important as it means we can track you return more efficiently.

You must allow 7 days for the return delivery and warehouse administration time. This means the email and the Pelvipro must be sent no later than day 38 after your rental day.

The second payment (£50.00) will come out on day 45 after the Rental Date, if the Pelvipro has not been returned.

It is your responsibility if asked to provide evidence of you sending your Pelvipro via the post office. The post office will provide you with a receipt of this return delivery. In the event of claim that a Pelvipro may have been lost in the post, a full investigation will be undertaken. In this event we will require you to provide such evidence of your post office transaction, in order for you to demonstrate your attempted return of the Pelvipro. Producing this evidence will result in you being refunded if you have not wished to purchase.

 

Reading the Instruction Sheets

It is your responsibility to have read the instruction sheets that come with the Pelvipro. There will be 2 leaflets that come in the box that the Pelvipro is delivered in:

Sheet 1 – How to Use Pelvipro: A Step by Step Guide

Sheet 2 – There are 2 different Prescriptive Programmes: Lighter and Standard

Whilst using the Pelvipro none of the joints, muscles or connective tissue, of your body are taken to any kind of extreme to cause injury. You are however lifting one lower limb at a time. Similar to most day to day activities you are lifting a limb against gravity and this can exert a mild force on muscles and connective tissue. In the same case as most day to day activities there is a slight chance this can put strain on your body. The leaflets instruct you clearly what to do in the event of this happening.

During use you are holding the handle of the Pelvipro device against your pelvic bone. Sheet 2 instructs you what firmness to do this with and to use extra padding e.g. a towel if you are at all concerned or feel discomfort during use.

It is your responsibility to:

  1. Familerise yourself with the content of these leaflets and closely follow the instructions
  2. Ensure the sheets have been provided.

In the highly unlikely event of the leaflets not being provided please contact us on info@pelvipro.com and refrain from using the device until you have access to the content of these leaflets.
